Sandwich PhD Programme

The Scientific Council of the Instituto de Educação may accept, by means of a substantiated proposal presented by a teacher of the Instituto de Educação, the inscription of doctoral students wishing to carry out an internship or to develop a research project lasting up to one year, called an Sandwich PhD Programme, integrated in the doctoral program they are developing in another national or a foreign University.

Acceptance in the Sandwich PhD Programme implies registration within a maximum of 10 days after its beginning and the payment of tuition fees.

[Registration implies the payment of tuition fees in the monthly amount of 1/12 of the annual fee set for the 2nd and following years of the doctoral program.]

The completion of the Sandwich PhD Programme shall be attested by a certificate, to be issued on approval of the activity report by the Scientific Council of the Instituto de Educação.
