- Request addressed to the Director of the Instituto de Educação, with their identification and desired date of stay
- Incoming Staff Form
- Work plan (Staff Mobility for Training Mobility Agreement)
- Declaration of acceptance by the supervisor
Exchange Protocols
Staff interested in doing a professional traineeship at the Instituto de Educação should obtain the agreement of the head of the service where they want their stay to develop, to act as supervisor of their activities. To formalise their interest they should address a request to the Director of the Institute with their identification and desired date of stay, together with a work plan and a declaration of acceptance by the supervisor.
