The last few years have been demanding for teachers, requiring them to rapidly update their digital skills and new ways of teaching. It is against this scenario that the 3C4Life project has emerged, bringing together 12 partners from 6 European countries, in each country an educational authority teaming up with a higher education institution. The main aim of the 3C4Life project is to motivate STEM teachers to develop their professional careers through the Teach4Life platform. This platform focuses on 3C’s:
- Careers from a set of resources that seek to make known various perspectives on the STEM teacher’s career;
- Competences from a set of materials and resources aimed at developing teachers’ skills in innovative STEM teaching practices;
- Collaboration, through discussion forums at national and international level.
