Abstract

The DO2GET project aims to address the issues of early school leaving, learning inequalities and disadvantages, and low proficiency is basic skills among students by introducing a new teaching approach that focuses on strengthening their resilience and proactivity. It also aims to enhance educators’ competences to address learning and behavioural challenges. Through the development of a comprehensive program and guidebook, the project not only trains teachers, school leaders, and other teaching professionals but also empowers students to improve their basic skills and social development. Moreover, the project emphasizes transnational cooperation and aims to incorporate its successful elements into partner organizations’ practices, benefitting students and preventing educational failure.
