Objective
Conduct an impact assessment study on adult education resulting from international mobility projects and partnerships under the ERASMUS+ Programme (KA1 and KA2) in Portugal, from 2018 to 2026.
Scope
The focus of the project is on the impact of the ERASMUS+ Programme’s priorities on funded and implemented projects. The study will also consider the organizational impacts (on entities receiving financial support) and individual impacts (on those involved in and benefiting from the funded projects, either directly or indirectly linked to the supported organizations, such as educators, managers, and adult learners).
The proposed impact assessment in adult education will cover at least four ERASMUS+ funded projects each year, from 2018 to 2026. Specifically, this includes two KA1 projects and two KA2 projects annually, totalling a minimum of 20 projects.
Objective 1
Conduct an impact assessment study on adult education focusing on international mobility projects and partnerships under the ERASMUS+ Programme (KA1 and KA2) in the specific context of Portugal.
This study is designed at the international level within the framework of cooperation among ERASMUS+ Agencies from different European Union countries. It is under the general coordination of the National Agency BIBB, in Germany. These guidelines will be considered in the construction and development of the proposed study.
Objective 2
At the national level, the study includes the impact assessment of the programme’s priorities in adult education through an analysis of the projects financially supported in Portugal between 2018 and 2026. This analysis will highlight organizational aspects of the supported entities and individual aspects related to those who work and participate in these entities, such as educators, managers, and adult learners.
