
SOLIDARIS – Inclusive universities: Key competences of the university community for the development of an active citizenship

This project, associated with Pedagogy of higher education, has the objective of training teaching and non-teaching staff to improve the support to the university community, especially to the groups of students, facilitating their active inclusion in the University and the empowerment for their socio-educational development.
Among other activities, it is proposed to define a map of transversal competences for the promotion of inclusion and the design and experimentation of a program for the training of teachers and non-teaching staff, which will make a significant contribution to the transversal competences of students in risk of social exclusion.

Among the products to be highlighted is a self-assessment tool on transversal competences to be develope with students at risk of social exclusion; an online training platform with a resource repository; the modernization of community support services; and a SOLIDARIS international network on social inclusion in the university context.
